Human services agencies  are strongly committed to working with government entities to improve the  lives of  the people and families served. Yet, how often have you received an audit report from a major funding source citing familiar regulatory and service delivery needs?

Our Framework for Success

 The Framework we use leads to R.A.P.I.D. results. We follow a 5 step plan to turn problems into  solutions:

  1. Real problem identification comes first.
  2. Analyzing why the problem/need exists is the next step. Key stakeholders are identified to be a part of this discovery phase.
  3. Plan. Agreeing on a team Plan to resolve the problem is a critical part of the process.
  4. Implementation.  Implementing a team plan with clear and measurable goals and target dates sets the plan in motion.
  5. Delegate . Delegating actions, training, coaching team players and closely monitoring progress.

No system you put in place is static. It requires  continuous nurturing. We set you up for long-term success by helping your team have a dynamic approach to systems management. We train your teams and provide help to implement the R.A.C.I. approach. This allows your agency to incorporate a process of continuous quality improvement and create a path to ongoing success.


The R.A.C.I. approach includes routinely reassessing plan implementation by:

  1. Reframing needs, goals/objectives as needed with input and feedback from key stakeholders.
  2. Addressing whether and why the plan should be tweaked and adjusting it to resolve needs based on dialogue and reaching a consensus on required adjustments with all stakeholders.
  3. Communicating changes to the team in meetings and with written follow up.
